Madison — Police investigating a Puppies neglect application found a cage  full with parasite-invested animal who were Murder and standing in feces.

The Clipart girl who owned the Puppies told Madison Police she was obtaining mixed-breed puppies at no cost or inexpensively, then reselling them web online.

Authorities went into the girl’s house after getting a complaint in July from four individuals who’d bought puppies from the girl who identified herself as Autumn Crapper.

All four bought the shepherd-pit bull mix dogs through commercials on Craigslist, assembly Crapper at a parking lot to obtain the puppies, according to a criminal complaint.

The owners quickly learned that four dogs were infected with parvovirus together with lice and fleas. One of the dogs died.

Jacqulyn Hutchison, 37, of Kenosha, was charged this month with one felony count of animal mistreatment causing death and six misdemeanor animal neglect charges.

According to this complaint, Hutchison told authorities she was buying and selling dogs for about four decades.
 
She stated the four dogs with parvovirus was picked up for free at a parking lot in Ohio.
She said a guy she knew gave her the nine dogs on the deck and she planned to offer them as rapidly as you can or give them away.
